Simultaneously, bilateral ties with Vietnam are deepening. Following previous discussions regarding rice exports and energy, Vietnamese Ambassador Bùi Văn Nghị conducted a working visit to meet with President Jennifer Geerlings-Simons. Discussions focused on expanding cooperation in agriculture, aquaculture, food processing, timber, and digital technologies, with potential for a memorandum of understanding on political consultations.
