Swiss cantonal police community outreach

Overview

Swiss cantonal police departments have engaged in public outreach and safety demonstrations through various community events.

In Wädenswil, the Zurich Cantonal Police and the Zurich Cantonal Civil Engineering Office hosted an open house at the Neubüel traffic center. The event featured displays of emergency vehicles, weaponry, and speed measurement equipment, alongside demonstrations of 3D scanners used for accident photography.

Following this, the Thurgau Cantonal Police participated in the WEGA trade fair. Representatives from the youth police and traffic training departments used the exhibition to promote road safety and engage directly with the public.
