Synchronize Fest 2026 preparations
Overview
Synchronize Fest 2026, themed ‘It’s Not Just a Festival, It’s a Movement’, is scheduled for October 16–18 at Gambir Expo Kemayoran in Jakarta. The 11th edition of the festival features a diverse lineup, including a 30th-anniversary celebration by Project Pop and various themed musical sets such as ‘The Best Of 80's Indonesian Pop Kreatif’.
Further details regarding the event include a special reunion performance by the band Geisha, titled ‘Geisha - A Retrospective Journey’, which will feature both former and current vocalists. To address environmental concerns and promote public transit, organizers have partnered with Transjakarta to offer a ‘Nebeng Gratis’ free shuttle service connecting seven points across the Jabodetabek area. Additionally, the festival will incorporate visual arts, featuring murals by illustrator Marishka Soekarna intended to reflect “contemporary social and cultural anxieties”.
