The Taipei City Employment Service Office is organizing a series of on-site recruitment events scheduled from September 29 to October 2. The initiative is designed to support individuals seeking new employment, career transitions, or part-time work, particularly following the Mid-Autumn Festival holiday. Twenty enterprises are participating in the drive, offering 457 job openings across multiple sectors, including hospitality, catering, retail, department stores, transportation, and long-term care. Participating employers include the Taipei Marriott Hotel, which has openings in its kitchen departments, and YouBike, which is recruiting 55 specialists for dispatch and maintenance roles. For the YouBike positions, monthly salaries are expected to range from NT$38,600 to NT$49,600. Retail and food service opportunities are also prominent, such as FamilyMart recruiting for management trainee and part-time roles. The long-term care sector remains a key focus, with various agencies providing positions for caregivers and case managers. The program emphasizes accessibility, offering various entry-level positions intended to help applicants gain experience before moving into specialized, professional, or management roles. The recruitment events will be held across several employment service stations in Taipei, including Neihu, Beitou, Ximen, Nangang, Mengjia, and Jingmei.
