Residential and commercial property listings in Taiwan continue to show diverse conditions across various regions. In Taichung, rental options include apartments in the Wuqi District, such as a three-bedroom unit in the Jiafu Boshi City complex for 18,000 TWD per month, as well as various studios and multi-bedroom units in areas like Taichung Park and the Intercontinental district. In Taipei, a 46-year-old apartment in the Neihu District on Antai Street has drawn social media attention. Located near the Huzhou MRT station, the property is priced at 10.68 million TWD. The three-bedroom, two-living-room unit has faced criticism from netizens due to its dilapidated condition, featuring peeling paint and mold. Agents have humorously described the unit as a potential “Halloween party venue.” In Taoyuan, a commercial storefront is listed on Leshan 2nd Road in the Guishan District. This high-ceiling property is located within an elevator building, spans approximately 84 pings, and is offered at a price of 870,000 TWD per ping. In Hsinchu, a commercial storefront is available in the Nanya Street business district. The property spans approximately 66.85 ping and is situated on a main road with high visibility, noted for its proximity to Highway 68 and the Hsinchu Science Park area. Recent trends in Taichung indicate a surge in high-end rental demand within the Qixi district. The Bao Hui Garden Plaza has established a record monthly rent of 260,000 TWD, amounting to 3.12 million TWD annually. Other luxury properties in the area, including Lian Ju Xinyi Mansion and Bao Hui Century Garden, command monthly rents above 220,000 TWD. Real estate agents report that these high-value tenants often consist of corporate executives, expatriates near international schools, and high-net-worth individuals.
