In the educational sector, the Ministry of Education and Training announced plans to establish unified procedures for preventing and responding to gender-based violence in institutions by 2030. Vocational training is also modernizing; for instance, Quang Ninh Viet-Han College is integrating AI and industry partnerships to meet the needs of foreign direct investment (FDI) enterprises. Additionally, the National Innovation Center (NIC) 2026 has showcased robotics and automation solutions from companies such as NextGen Robotics and ETEK, while the Son Tra Innovation Festival in Da Nang continues to promote AI and digital transformation.
