Swedish publisher Clear River Games announced a remaster of the classic Super Famicom action RPG ‘Terranigma’ (Tenchi Souzou). Details later emerged regarding a scheduled global release date of January 14, 2027. 2027, have been confirmed. The remaster will be available on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2, and PC. Players will have access to an ‘Original Mode’ to preserve the 1995 experience and an ‘Arranged Mode’ featuring a rewind function, mini-map, and adjusted difficulty. Physical editions were also revealed, ranging from a Standard Edition to a premium ‘Gaia Edition’ priced at $199.99, which includes a Yomi figure, a music box replica of Pandora’s Box, and an artbook.
