Tesla has expanded its Model 3 hardware and performance updates to the European market, specifically through updates to the official configurator in Italy. These European updates mirror technical and design improvements previously introduced in China. Interior enhancements include the replacement of the 15.4-inch panel with a larger 16-inch central infotainment touchscreen and the addition of a black headliner for a more sporty aesthetic across all regional versions. Performance specifications in Italy have also been upgraded. The Long Range AWD version now achieves a 0 to 100 km/h acceleration time of 4 seconds, an improvement from the previous 4.4 seconds. Furthermore, the Model 3 Performance variant now offers an increased driving range of 600 km (WLTP), up from 571 km. In this market, pricing for the Model 3 starts at 36,990 euros. In Malaysia, Tesla has introduced similar Model 3 updates, including the 16-inch touchscreen and black interior roof finish, alongside optional Zen Grey interior trim and 19-inch Dark Nova rims. Performance specifications in the Malaysian market include a driving range of up to 750 km (WLTP) and acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h in as little as 3.1 seconds, depending on the variant. Additionally, Tesla has introduced Vehicle-to-Load (V2L) Powershare technology to its Malaysian lineup, allowing the Model 3 and other models to power external electrical equipment via a Tesla Outlet Adapter. The company has also opened orders for the next-generation Roadster in Malaysia, with production expected to begin in 2028.
