The No. 16 Texas A&M volleyball team concluded its non-conference schedule following a victory against No. 20 Creighton. In that match, Kyndal Stowers recorded 21 kills and 15 digs to help secure a win in four sets. Following the non-conference period, the Aggies began Southeastern Conference (SEC) play with a 3-0 sweep of South Carolina. Taryn Morris led the offense with a career-high 15 kills. This victory brought Texas A&M to an 8-5 overall record and 1-0 in the SEC. Texas A&M, now ranked No. 14, continued its conference momentum with a 3-0 shutout victory against the Alabama Crimson Tide at Reed Arena on Oct. 2, 2026. During the match, Taryn Morris recorded a season-high .682 hitting percentage, while Kirra Musgrove directed the offense with significant assists. The victory maintains a 16-6 all-time advantage in the series against Alabama. Gabi Rodriguez was named SEC Freshman of the Week for her performance, marking the first time an Aggie has received the honor since 2022.
