In mid‑July 2026 the Texas Stock Exchange (TXSE) opened a new trading venue in Dallas, initially listing five securities that had previously been traded on other U.S. exchanges. The launch, nicknamed “Y’all Street,” was backed by roughly $275 million from major financial firms such as Bank of America, BlackRock, Charles Schwab, Citadel Securities, Goldman Sachs and JPMorgan Chase, and received SEC approval. TXSE’s founders presented the platform as a way to increase competition for issuers, create jobs in Texas and eventually expand cleared by the range of U.S. securities offered. SEC. TXSE emphasizes Texas’s rapid economic growth, low taxes and job‑creation momentum—coined the “Boom Belt”—as incentives for companies to list on the new platform.
