TOPAZ Poland hiring expansion

In late July 2026 the Polish grocery retailer TOPAZ announced a series of new job openings across several towns in eastern and central Poland. On July 25 the chain posted vacancies for a sales associate in the meat‑and‑cold‑cuts department at its Tłuszcz store and a warehouse employee at its Mińsk Mazowiecki outlet, both offering full‑time, indefinite contracts with a base salary of 4 806 PLN and additional benefits such as bonuses, private medical care and life insurance.

A few days later, on July 31, TOPAZ expanded the recruitment drive, seeking a restaurant employee for its Top Drive outlet in Siemiatycze and a deputy store manager for a new store in Tłuściec. The restaurant role pays 31.40 zł per hour (equivalent to the same gross monthly salary) with a path to permanent employment, while the deputy manager position starts at 5 800 zł gross, also with performance bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Both announcements emphasize the chain’s continued growth, its broad service offering—including fuel stations, gastronomy points and a brewery—and the opportunity for career advancement within the expanding company.
