Overview

His attorney, Marc Prokosch, has raised concerns regarding the difficulty of legal representation and the confidentiality of communications. Civil rights organizations, including the ACLU, are questioning the legality of transferring individuals in migratory custody to a military installation typically used for terrorism suspects.
