Trump Media and Technology Group (TMTG) reportedly shifted its strategic focus by halting the development of ‘Truth Predict’, a planned prediction market platform. Instead, the company moved toward a marketing partnership with the cryptocurrency exchange Crypto.com.

Following this pivot, rumors circulated on social media regarding the imminent launch of a new cryptocurrency titled ‘Truth Coin’. These claims were triggered by an X post from the account ‘WhaleScan’, which asserted that Donald Trump was officially preparing to launch a new digital coin. The speculation was further fueled by the appearance of an unidentified token known as ‘WWW’ or ‘Truth Coin’ on the Robinhood Chain. While this mystery token reached a market capitalization of approximately $10.24 million, reports indicated that a single developer wallet held 99.9% of the supply.

Eric Trump addressed these reports, describing them as ‘a joke’ and ‘absolutely not true’, while warning that those spreading the claims were committing ‘fraud’. Despite the formal denial, existing Trump-themed meme coins experienced notable market volatility. During the period of heightened rumors, the TRUMP token saw price increases ranging from 38% to 40%, while the MELANIA token rose between 11% and 18%.
