Turkey İŞKUR Youth Program 2026-2027

The İŞKUR Youth Program is preparing for the 2026-2027 academic cycle to provide work experience and financial support to university students in Turkey. The program is designed for students enrolled in formal education at state universities, specifically at the associate, undergraduate, graduate, or doctoral levels. Students in distance learning or open education programs are ineligible.

Eligibility requirements include being a Turkish citizen at least 18 years old, being registered with İŞKUR, and not receiving old-age or disability pensions. Additionally, the average per capita household income must not exceed three times the net minimum wage.

While there is no centralized application calendar, application periods and quotas are managed through individual collaborations between İŞKUR and specific state universities. Students are encouraged to monitor their respective university career centers or İŞKUR’s digital platforms for announcements.

Participants receive a daily stipend of 1,375 TL for up to three days or 22.5 hours of work per week. The program can last up to 10 months, during which İŞKUR covers general health insurance and premiums for work accidents and occupational diseases.
