The public‑property auction programme, launched in July 2026, continues to expand across Turkey through municipal tenders, court-ordered sales, and leasing processes. In Bursa, municipal leasing activities include a 10-year tender for a 978-square-meter park in Mustafakemalpaşa to be converted into a cafeteria and tea garden, with an estimated monthly rent of 50,000 TL plus VAT. Orhangazi Municipality is also conducting a large-scale auction for 40 properties, including shops, apartments, fields, and a petrol station site, offered on 3-year lease terms. In September 2026, municipal tenders saw significant activity. Gaziantep Metropolitan Municipality announced auctions for eight properties in the Şehitkamil and Şahinbey districts, with a total estimated value of approximately 669.8 million TL. Simultaneously, Bursa Metropolitan Municipality launched a tender for advertising units and urban furniture, valued at an estimated 5.8 million TL monthly over a ten-year term. New municipal activity includes İvrindi Municipality, which is auctioning land and commercial spaces in Kurtuluş, Büyükyenice, and Çukuroba. Karaman Municipality has scheduled the sale of nine residential units for September 25, 2026, offering installment payment terms. Additionally, the Antalya Regional Directorate of Foundations is seeking a partner for a construction-for-land-share project in Muratpaşa, valued at approximately 20,225,000 TL. Elbistan Municipality is auctioning a 1,125 m² workplace for a three-year lease starting September 25, 2026, with an estimated annual rent of 550,000 TL plus VAT. Selçuklu Municipality has also scheduled an open tender for various municipal real estate properties for September 24, 2026. Judicial sales also expanded. In Eskişehir, Tepebaşı is auctioning a 42.20 m2 residential unit. In Konya, a 1,261.92 m2 plot in Karatay is being sold to resolve a partnership. In Bolu, a residential unit in My Dream City is being auctioned for debt. In Ankara, a Yenimahalle residential property valued at 3,250,000.00 TL is being sold due to a dissolution of partnership lawsuit, with initial bidding reserved for heirs.
