The public‑property auction programme launched in July 2026 continues to broaden its scope. Earlier court‑ordered sales confirmed a 501.60 m² duplex in Bursa and a 1,608.97 m² agricultural parcel in Nevşehir, while several municipalities added closed‑bid and open‑bid tenders for land, commercial parcels and lease‑type facilities across Istanbul, Antalya and other provinces. Municipalities in Istanbul (Sincan, Eyüpsultan, Bakırköy, Muratpaşa) scheduled auctions between 4 and 12 August 2026, with assessed values ranging from 30 000 TL for a small lease to about 1.337 billion TL for an 8,916.95 m² plot. New announcements extend the rollout further west. Dikili Municipality will sell nine parcels by open‑tender on 21 August 2026, total declared value 43.62 million TL, subject to a temporary guarantee and a 5 000 TL catalogue fee.
