The public property auction programme, launched in July 2026, continues to expand across Turkey through municipal tenders, court-ordered sales, and leasing processes. Throughout August and September 2026, enforcement and judicial offices announced numerous real estate auctions to settle debts in cities including Istanbul, Balıkesir, Uşak, Nevşehir, and Diyarbakır. In September, Gaziantep Metropolitan Municipality announced auctions for eight properties valued at approximately 669.8 million TL, while Bursa launched a 10-year advertising tender worth an estimated 696 million TL. By mid-October 2026, the scale of government-led auctions remained high. The Social Security Institution (SGK) announced electronic auctions for 197 properties across 26 provinces, with some estimated values in İzmir reaching 1.332 billion TL. Concurrently, the Housing Development Administration of Turkey (TOKİ) and the Urban Transformation Presidency announced large-scale land sales across dozens of provinces, including Van, Adana, and Ankara, offering installment payment options.
