The Turkish government has moved forward with the privatization of real estate assets in Ankara and Istanbul. According to decisions published in the Official Gazette, Gazette following presidential approval, the total sale value for these properties reached approximately 1.48 billion lira. In Istanbul, Ceynak Lojistik ve Ticaret AŞ placed the highest bid of 1.21 billion lira for five parcels in the Kemerburgaz area of Eyüpsultan, covering more than 17,678 square meters. Should the winning company fail to fulfill its obligations, the sale is set to proceed to the second-highest bidder, Sarılar İnşaat ve Elektronik Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ, with a bid of 1.205 billion lira. In Ankara, two separate sales were finalized. Carpartner Yardım ve Destek Hizmetleri Otomotiv Nakliyat Taahhüt Ticaret Ltd. Şti. won a bid for a 501-square-meter property in the Çankaya district for 155 million lira, while Arslanlar İnşaat Mimarlık ve Mühendislik Ltd. Şti. secured two properties in the Mamak district for a total of 118.8 million lira.
