Ugandan pop star Vinka has established herself as a prominent figure in the Kampala music scene, transitioning from a background in talent management at Swangz Avenue to a successful solo career. This support extended to her ‘Live & Loud’ concert preparations at MoTIV’s studios ahead of her main event at Lugogo Cricket Oval. On August 21, 2026, Vinka performed her first major solo concert, ‘Vinka Live & Loud’, at the Lugogo Cricket Oval. Organized by Swangz Avenue, the event was reported as a sold-out success despite preceding calls for a boycott and political criticism regarding the artist's personal associations. During the performance, Vinka sang a catalogue of over 50 songs songs, including hits such as ‘Thank God’, ‘By the way’, ‘Love panic’, and ‘overdose’, using live vocals and energetic choreography, featuring outfit changes choreography. The production featured bold fashion choices, including pink flowy gowns and bedazzled denim designed by Ugandan couturier Beryl Qouture and Qouture.
