This project, valued at over 286 billion VND, will feature a 12,000-capacity stadium and various service facilities. In October 2026, the Bac Ninh City Inspectorate initiated a 45-day on-site investigation into two social housing developments: the Cao Nguyen 3 Social Housing Project and a project in Tu Son Ward. The audit aims to ensure compliance with land, investment, construction, and financial regulations, specifically focusing on environmental standards and real estate business laws.
