US rock bands 2027 tour announcements

Overview

Several American rock bands have announced performance schedules for 2027.

Styx has scheduled five new shows for 2027, including a five-night engagement at The Venetian Resort in Las Vegas in early 2027. This follows their 2025 album release, ‘Circling From Above’.

Chicago has announced more than 20 tour dates for 2027, celebrating 60 years on the road. The tour, led by co-founding trumpeter Lee Loughnane, includes early stops in Pensacola, Florida, and Dothan and Huntsville, Alabama. The lineup features Rudy Cardenas, Ray Herrmann, Nick Lane, Tony Obrohta, Eric Baines, Carlos Murguia, Justin Avery, Wally Reyes Jr., and Ramon ‘Ray’ Yslas. This follows the recent passing of co-founding multi-instrumentalist Walt Parazaider.

As part of the 2027 schedule, Chicago will perform nine shows at The Venetian Theatre in Las Vegas. The residency dates are set for February 19, 20, 21, 24, 26, 27, and March 3, 5, and 6. This marks the band’s tenth consecutive year at the venue, totaling 70 appearances. Pre-sales for these shows began on October 12, 2026, with general sales starting October 16, 2026.
