Moro noted that water service cuts were communicated via SMS with minimal notice, and highlighted that similar unannounced disruptions were recently caused by Enel Distribuzione regarding electrical faults. To prevent economic losses and damage to the local tourism industry, Moro has proposed establishing a formal protocol to protect businesses from arbitrary service closures.
