Vanguard FTSE All-World ETF fee reductions and expansion

Vanguard has reduced the total expense ratio (TER) of its Vanguard FTSE All-World UCITS ETF from 0.19 percent to 0.14 percent. This follows a previous reduction from 0.22 percent to 0.19 percent in October 2025. The company stated that these cumulative adjustments over the last 24 months represent a total savings of more than 80 million US dollars for investors. The fund, which tracks the FTSE All-World Net Tax Total Return Index, has experienced significant growth, recording net inflows exceeding 16 billion US dollars in 2026. Its assets under management are estimated to be between 75 and 77 billion US dollars, and the ETF maintains a portfolio of over 3,700 individual securities. Building on its UCITS range, Vanguard has expanded its offerings with the launch of three new low-cost global equity funds: the Vanguard FTSE Global All-Cap UCITS ETF, the Vanguard FTSE Global Small-Cap UCITS ETF, and the Vanguard FTSE All-World ex-US UCITS ETF. These funds will be listed on several major exchanges, including the London Stock Exchange, Deutsche Börse, Euronext Amsterdam, Borsa Italiana, and the SIX Swiss Exchange. The new products are intended to provide investors with “flexible, simple building blocks for constructing diversified portfolios.” The Global All-Cap ETF provides exposure to large, mid, and small-cap companies across developed and emerging markets, while the ex-US version allows for separate management of US equity allocation. This expansion follows recent launches of US-focused Russell ETFs and European equity ETFs.
