Venezuelan Ambassador Regzeida González Herrera met with Abdoulaye Sow, president of the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture of Dakar (CCIAD), to discuss a draft bilateral cooperation agreement. This proposed framework aims to formalize alliances between Venezuelan businesses and the Dakar Chamber of Commerce, targeting strategic exchange in traditional and non-traditional sectors, as well as specialized academic training in medicine and the petroleum industry.
