The Venezuelan government initiated a new cycle of social protection disbursements through the Sistema Patria platform in October 2026. Early distributions included the ‘Bono de Corresponsabilidad y Formación’ for public administration personnel, released at 103,200 bolívares, and various assignments for the ‘Movimiento Somos Venezuela’. As the cycle progressed, the government began distributing the ‘Ingreso Integral’ (formerly known as the ‘bono de guerra’). For active workers in public administration, the amount was reported at approximately 131,550 bolívares, roughly equivalent to 150 USD, representing a 4.40% increase in bolívares compared to September. Payments for the Education and Health sectors commenced on October 14. Public sector retirees without ‘cestaticket’ were slated to receive an initial payment of approximately 117,000 bolívares (roughly 133 USD) around October 17, with a remaining 35 USD scheduled for the end of the month. By October 19, the specific allocation for public administration retirees was reported at 116,641 bolívares (roughly 132 USD), with the additional 35 USD expected at month-end to bring total monthly income to approximately 167 USD. Additionally, pensioners from the Instituto Venezolano de los Seguros Sociales (IVSS) and the ‘100% Amor Mayor’ program were scheduled to receive a 70 USD benefit (approximately 61,320 bolívares) on October 21. On October 19, the ‘Somos Venezuela’ bonus was also released to registered members at 4,893.80 bolívares (approximately 5.55 USD). On October 21, the IVSS announced that November pension payments would begin, distributed in advance of the month they correspond to. Amidst these disbursements, the national minimum wage remains frozen at 130 bolívares, a level unchanged since March 2022. Concurrently, the official exchange rate set by the Central Bank of Venezuela reached 883.40 bolívares per US dollar. In mid-October, the platform paid the October University Scholarship (Beca Universitaria) at 4,893.80 bolívares. This is the final payment under the traditional format; starting in November 2026, scholarships will transition to the National Public University Scholarship Program, proposing monthly allocations of 40 USD for regular students and 60 USD for university assistants.
