In early July 2026 Vinhomes‑partnered Sol Garden opened in Hai Phong’s new administrative centre. The 3‑hectare site offers European‑style villas, townhouses and shophouses within minutes of an international school, a shopping complex and the Thủy Nguyên civic hub. Designed by Lascal, it integrates high‑density housing with a green park and ecological canal to improve ventilation, daylight and outdoor workspaces, which the developer says can boost concentration by up to 15 %. Later that month Vinhomes announced the Global Gate Ha Long megacity, a 6,200‑hectare waterfront development on Ha Long Bay along the Hanoi‑Hai Phong‑Quang Ninh corridor and adjacent to the planned Hanoi‑Quang Ninh high‑speed railway. Over 2,500 hectares are earmarked for forests, waterways and natural areas, targeting a 23‑minute commute to Hanoi and an integrated urban ecosystem. On 24 July the company expanded its ESG++ agenda with two nature‑positive megaprojects covering more than 9,000 hectares: Green Paradise on the Cần Giờ coast (2,870 ha, 16 % construction density, an 800‑ha seawater lagoon and a 121‑km shoreline) and the Global Gate Ha Long development, both adopting a regenerative, smart‑governance model. In early August the World Council on City Data granted Green Paradise an interim ISO 37122 Smart City certification—the first such recognition for a Vietnamese mega‑urban development—citing progress in data‑driven design, climate resilience and integrated services. WCCD President Patricia McCarney highlighted Vinhomes’ long‑term vision. The same announcement reiterated Global Gate’s master plan, emphasizing high value per hectare, climate‑ready infrastructure and direct connectivity to the future high‑speed railway depot. By late August, Green Paradise was recognized as the first greenfield project globally to receive the Interim Custom ISO 37122 Smart City Certification.
