Diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Uzbekistan have been highlighted through cultural celebrations and official state communications. Following these celebrations, Vietnamese leadership, including President Tô Lâm, Prime Minister Lê Minh Hưng, and Chairman of the National Assembly Trần Thanh Mẫn, sent official congratulatory messages to Uzbek counterparts to mark the 35th anniversary of Uzbekistan’s Independence Day. During Vietnam’s 81st National Day, President Tô Lâm continued diplomatic outreach by sending congratulatory messages to President Shavkat Mirziyoyev of Uzbekistan on his nation’s Independence Day.
