Public attention has focused on the luxury real estate holdings of prominent Vietnamese entertainers. In Ho Chi Minh City, MC Thảo Nhi and MC Thiên Vũ showcased a modern apartment with a white and grey color palette and views of the Landmark 81 building; Thiên Vũ presented the residence as a birthday gift for Thảo Nhi. Similarly, MC Trấn Thành and Hari Won moved into a 325m² high-end residence on Kim Cuong Island, valued at over 60 billion VND, which offers private amenities such as a private elevator and pool access. Recent reports have highlighted the residences of actresses Thân Thúy Hà and Huỳnh Hồng Loan. Thân Thúy Hà resides in a four-story villa defined by extensive greenery, while Huỳnh Hồng Loan lives in a neo-classical apartment within a high-end complex valued at approximately 5.5 billion VND. Further interest has been directed toward the estates of merited artist Vũ Luân and his wife, Phương Lê. They reside in the Binh Phuong Villa, a five-story neoclassical estate valued at approximately 200 billion VND, featuring a white color scheme and elaborate architectural details. Singer and actress Nhật Kim Anh has also been noted for her 220-square-meter modern villa, valued at roughly 20 billion VND, which includes a koi pond and resort-like relaxation areas. Expanding the scope, singer Thu Minh and her husband, Otto De Jager, own properties in both the Czech Republic and Vietnam, including a multi-million dollar hillside villa in Nha Trang designed with a white and cream palette to maximize sea views. Additionally, Giang My resides in a 1,000-square-meter villa in Thao Dien, and singer Hong Nhung has showcased a 650-square-meter penthouse featuring an elevated garden and views of the Saigon River. Newer reports include former Đường Lên Đỉnh Olympia hosts Vân Hugo and Diệp Chi.
