Composers like Pham Duc Loi have created works such as ‘Tinh ca Lao Cai’ to depict natural landmarks like Fansipan, while others like Vu Dinh Trong use march rhythms to honor security forces in the mountainous terrain. Furthermore, spiritual traditions persist at the Bach Hac river junction, where the Red, Lo, and Da rivers converge. At this site, historically linked to the Van Lang state, practitioners engage in the ritual of collecting ‘sacred water’ from the three distinct colored currents near the Tam Giang Temple. Recent grassroots efforts focus on infrastructure and seasonal festivals. In Hy Cuong commune, following administrative restructuring, authorities are planning to prioritize the construction of seven new community houses and facility upgrades to accommodate elderly clubs, youth training, and children’s play areas.
