In August 2026, initiatives involving Vietnamese youth focused on innovation, entrepreneurship, and community service. On 7 August, the United Nations Development Programme, Vietnam’s National Innovation Center, and Samsung Vietnam launched the RE:ACT project in Hanoi. Nguyen Duy Hung of the Vietnam Youth Union noted that modern youth require access to capital, expertise, and market information to adapt to changing labor markets.
