In late July 2026, Slovak television personalities Adela Vinczeová and Viktor Vincze announced the adoption of their second child, daughter Lujza, and listed several real‑estate assets for sale—including a luxury cottage in Demänová, an investment apartment in Bratislava’s Karlova Vsi district, and a mountain chalet in Liptov—citing the need to adjust their living arrangements for a four‑person household.

A few days later, at the end of July, the couple completed the purchase of a newly built two‑storey family house in the Karlova Ves district of Bratislava. The 148 m² home, featuring a small garden, was registered jointly with a mortgage lien. The acquisition was presented as a response to the growing needs of their family after the birth of Lujza, allowing them to remain close to Adela’s parents.

By late August 2026, the couple had completed their move into the new residence. The property includes a 204 square meter garden. Vinczeová indicated that the couple chose a moderately sized home to avoid the cleaning difficulties associated with larger properties and opted against installing a swimming pool due to ecological concerns. She also noted that she is not currently considering a pet due to the demands of her professional responsibilities and caring for two children.
