VMRO-DPMNE leadership seminar in North Macedonia

The Konrad Adenauer Foundation and PIAC ‘Ljubisa Georgievski’ organized a three-day seminar in Mavrovo for VMRO-DPMNE leadership. The program, titled ‘Strategic Leadership and Effective Communication for Good Governance’, targeted members of the party’s Executive Committee, including ministers, deputy ministers, members of parliament, and mayors.

Key topics addressed during the seminar included strategic leadership, vision, responsibility, and effective political communication. Hristijan Mickoski, President of the Government and VMRO-DPMNE, alongside Dragan Kovacki and Svetislav Vasev, addressed the participants. Vice Prime Minister and Minister of Transport Aleksandar Nikoloski also participated, highlighting the need for synergy between party structures and the government. He emphasized that effective communication is essential for presenting policies clearly to citizens and maintaining organizational readiness while the party holds power.

The Konrad Adenauer Foundation underscored the necessity for political leaders to continuously acquire new knowledge and engage with contemporary societal challenges to ensure effective governance and economic progress in North Macedonia.
