Volvo Trucks ~~announced~~ has unveiled the ~~‘100~~ ‘Volvo 100 Year Edition’, a special series of heavy-duty trucks designed to commemorate the manufacturer’s centenary in 2027. The edition applies to the FH, FH Aero, FH16, and FH16 Aero models. The commemorative series focuses on premium interior and exterior upgrades. Key features include redesigned two-tone seats with leather bases, embroidered ~~anniversary motifs,~~ jubilee motifs on grey textile upper portions, tan-colored leather accents, and luxury floor mats. The cabin also includes customizable red or white LED ambient lighting, 3D-printed speaker grilles with anniversary patterns, and curtains depicting various Volvo truck models from the past century. Exterior highlights include illuminated entry steps and a welcome light that projects an anniversary motif onto the ground when the door opens. Design Director Jonathan Disley stated the edition is intended to celebrate the company’s achievements, craftsmanship, innovation, safety, and Swedish heritage.
