During the Diada weekend, the region experienced predominantly sunny skies and moderate heat, with daytime highs reaching between 25 and 32 degrees Celsius. While mornings were cool, particularly in the Pyrenees, the weather remained mostly clear with only minor possibilities of isolated showers along the coast.

By mid-September, conditions shifted toward more placid and comfortable weather following previous intense heat and storms. A notable cooling trend emerged, with temperatures in the Ebro region reaching 28 to 30 degrees Celsius, while other areas saw highs between 22 and 27 degrees Celsius. While western regions remained mostly sunny, coastal areas experienced increased cloud cover and residual light showers. Wind patterns also varied, including the Tramuntana in the Empordà and Costa Brava, and the Mistral in the Ebro valley.

By late September, forecasts indicate a shift toward increased cloud cover and higher humidity. While much of Catalonia remains sunny or partly cloudy, low clouds are expected along the coast, specifically near the Ebro Delta and Empordà. The Pyrenees may experience increased cloud growth and isolated, localized showers in areas such as Pallars Sobirà, Cerdanya, and Ripollès. Temperatures in the interior are projected to range between 12 and 16 degrees Celsius, while maximum temperatures in western regions could reach 30 to 31 degrees Celsius.
