Western Balkans ministers adopt Green Agenda ministerial meeting 2026

The Third Ministerial Meeting on the Green Agenda for the Western Balkans convened concluded in Žabljak, Montenegro. Hodža emphasized tangible outcomes, stating that the agenda must become a platform success should be measured by “concrete benefits for regional implementation to address cross-border pollution and climate risks.
