Wolf sightings in Sweden

Overview

A wolf pack has been identified in different regions of Sweden. Initially, a family of nine wolves was spotted near Falun, causing concern among local residents regarding the safety of pets and livestock.

Subsequently, wildlife cameras in the Norrtälje area of northern Stockholm County captured footage of six wolf pups. Mikael Fransson of the County Administrative Board (Länsstyrelsen) confirmed the footage shows the pups moving together.
