The World Series of Poker (WSOP) is expanding its international circuit presence with several major events scheduled for late 2026. In Canada, the WSOP Super Circuit will debut is currently underway near Montréal at the Playground, running from August 26 to September 12, 2026, at the Playground. 2026. Produced by GGPoker, the tournament festival features 18 championship events and over $14 C$14 million in guaranteed prize pools, including a $10 million Main Event. High-profile participants include Hall of Famers Daniel Negreanu and Michael Mizrachi. Expanding its Canadian reach, GGPoker is also launching a WSOP Online bracelet series specifically for residents of Ontario. Scheduled from September 13 through October 6, this series includes eight bracelet events with total guarantees of C$2,950,000, headlined by a C$1,000 Main Event with a C$1 million guarantee. In recent online play, Lex Veldhuis reached the final table of the $1,500 Super Turbo PLO during the WSOP Online festival, marking his first WSOP final table in 17 years. Additional international expansions include a return to Paris, France, from September 1 to 14, 2026, hosted at the Partouche Pasino Club. Furthermore, the WSOP Circuit will debut in Mexico City from August 31 to September 11, 2026, at the Hotel Barceló México Santa Fe in collaboration with Big Bola Casinos. The Mexico City festival will feature 12 official ring events, with a televised final table for the Main Event scheduled for September 11.
