The twentieth edition of X Factor Italy officially launched on September 10, 2026, airing on Sky Uno and NOW, with subsequent broadcasts on ~~TV8.~~ TV8 and Cielo. The season features singer Irama making his debut on the judging panel, replacing Achille Lauro, and joining returning judges Francesco Gabbani, Jake La Furia, and Paola Iezzi. Under the theme ‘X Factor Vivilo con noi. Viaggia con la musica’, the collaboration aims to connect regional rail services with younger audiences through music and sustainable mobility. This partnership includes a specially branded Regionale train unveiled at Milan Porta Garibaldi station, featuring a custom livery signed by the show’s judges and host, Giorgia. Contestants will utilize Trenitalia regional trains to travel to Milan for their auditions. The selection process will determine the 12 finalists for the Live Shows, which are set to begin on October 22. The season is scheduled to conclude with a grand finale on December 3 at the Unipol Forum in Assago, ~~Milan.~~ Milan, with performances also involving the Teatro Repower.
