Yamazaki Jitsugyo laundry and bathroom organization products

Overview

Yamazaki Jitsugyo has introduced various organizational and maintenance products for laundry and washing machine areas.

Initial developments include the Plate series, featuring a flexible silicone drainage trap cover designed to prevent hair, pet fur, and dust from clogging drains. The company also released a magnetic drainage hose hook from its Tower series, which attaches to the side of washing machines to lift hoses off waterproof pans, thereby reducing dust accumulation.

Further utility has been identified for the ‘Magnet Bathroom Basket Tower’. While originally intended for bathrooms, the product is being used for laundry organization due to its magnetic back and a front bar suitable for hanging laundry nets. The basket can store detergents and cleaners with a weight capacity of approximately 3kg, though it requires a magnetic surface for installation.

Expanding its magnetic storage solutions, the company released the ‘Magnet Dryer & Hair Iron Holder Tower’, priced at 2,970 yen. This slim device is designed to attach to magnetic surfaces, such as the side of a washing machine, to save space in crowded bathrooms. The holder features a dual-compartment design: a bottom section with a silicone-covered hook for hanging hair dryers and an upper compartment for storing hair irons or brushes. It also includes a dedicated hook to manage power cords to reduce clutter.
