Australian frozen yogurt chain Yo-Chi is pursuing international expansion following its successful entry into Singapore. The brand opened its first United Kingdom location in London’s Notting Hill district on August 20, utilizing a large-format, two-storey space designed to serve as a social destination. Following the London launch, which saw high consumer demand and long queues, the company announced plans to debut in the United States in Dallas this September. The brand continues to utilize a self-serve model where customers pay by weight, aiming to create experiential community hangout spots. Co-CEO Brooke Rodger is scheduled to participate in a fireside chat at the QSR Media Conference & Awards 2026 in Sydney on October 12. Under Rodger’s leadership, the company has grown from four stores in 2020 to over 75 locations across Australia, Singapore, London, and the United States. Rodger previously noted that the brand delayed international expansion until internal systems were robust enough to support global operations, and identified personnel and guest focus as the primary challenges when introducing the self-service model to new markets.
