Zontes ZT703-RR motorcycle electronic upgrades
Overview
Zontes has announced updates to its ZT703-RR mid-sized three-cylinder sport motorcycle, focusing on electronic enhancements rather than engine modifications. The 699cc engine remains unchanged, producing 95 hp and 74.4 Nm of torque, with a 35 kW version available for A2 license holders.
Key technological upgrades include the introduction of Marelli ride-by-wire electronic throttle control, which enables five riding modes, including one customizable setting. The motorcycle also features a six-axis Marelli Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU) to manage traction control and cornering ABS. Other new electronic features include cruise control and a bidirectional quickshifter, which replaces the previous single-direction version.
Hardware specifications include adjustable Marzocchi suspension, Brembo braking components, and a 6.75-inch TFT display with smartphone connectivity. Additional features include integrated aerodynamic winglets, heated grips, keyless start, and tire pressure monitoring.
