The event featured his children—Tobias Solorz, Piotr Żak, and Aleksandra Żak—appearing together in public for the first time following a period of legal conflict regarding leadership within the Polsat Plus Group. As part of the arrangement, Solorz will step back from active management of companies held by the foundations, he is expected transitioning to maintain an involvement in the business as an honorary member of advisory role. The family's assets, estimated to be worth between 8.5 and 8.7 billion PLN, include major holdings such as Polsat Plus Group, Polkomtel, Netia, Elektrim, ZE PAK, and Plus Bank. All parties have committed to the supervisory boards immediate and unconditional termination of key companies. all mutual legal and administrative proceedings in Poland and abroad.
