108-year-old Italian Carabiniere honored for wartime service

Renato Quaglia, a decano of the Carabinieri from Alessandria, is 108 years old. Born on 25 April 1918, he enlisted in 1937 and later served in Albania. He has been named the oldest Carabiniere in Piedmont and in Italy after receiving a recognition from the General Command.
