2026 Dodecanese Summer Cultural Program Announced
A comprehensive schedule of summer cultural events has been released for the Dodecanese islands in July 2026. The program includes classical and contemporary student concerts in Kos, folk‑dance concerts showcasing the musical heritage of the southern Dodecanese (Kos, Kalymnos, Symi, Rhodes, Karpathos, Kassos), traditional folk dances with children and adults in collaboration with the Ellen Droutsi Dance School, a traditional fishing village celebration in Antimachia, and numerous performances of traditional music, dance, and visual arts across venues such as the Folk & Historical Museum of Kos, the Leros Cultural Center, and the town squares of various islands. The events run daily from July 1 to July 30, offering residents and visitors a series of concerts, theatrical presentations, exhibitions, and community gatherings celebrating local traditions.
