2026 Regional Business Awards Open Entries in Wales and Ireland

The Powys Business Awards have announced a shortlist of 28 finalists across ten categories for the 2026 competition. Winners will be unveiled at a ceremony on 23 October at The Infantry Battle School in Brecon. Organised by the Mid Wales Manufacturing Group, the awards include categories such as International Trade, Growth, Small Business and Technology and Innovation, with several firms appearing in multiple categories.

In Ireland, the Waterford Business Awards have opened entries for their 2026 edition. The awards, run by Waterford Chamber in partnership with the Dungarvan & West Waterford Chamber, feature refreshed categories to recognise businesses of all sizes. The ceremony is scheduled for 13 November at the Tower Hotel, and the organisers are urging companies across the city and county to submit entries.

Both regional award programmes aim to highlight local enterprise, innovation and community impact, offering businesses the chance to benchmark performance, raise their profile and celebrate achievements.
