Latin America reports surge in violent crimes and homicides
Multiple violent incidents have been reported across various regions in Latin America, involving stabbings, shootings, and robberies.
In Argentina, several incidents occurred, including a stabbing in Comodoro Rivadavia where a man is in critical condition, and a 13-year-old boy found dead in a park in Santa Fe. Other reports include a 10-year sentence for an attempted murder of a teacher in Catamarca and a robbery in Monte Vera where a man was sentenced for attacking his mother.
In Colombia, a 63-year-old man died following a brawl in Ibagué, and another individual was shot in the Guamo region. In Mexico, a 21-year-old man died in Saltillo after a dispute with his partner. In Bolivia, a man was killed in Santa Cruz de la Sierra following a domestic altercation. Additionally, in Ecuador, a 17-year-old was shot and killed in Guayaquil near an evangelical church.
