Aaron Plessinger signs two-year deal with Triumph Factory Racing
American motocross racer Aaron Plessinger has signed a two-year contract with 5. 11 Triumph Factory Racing. Following his departure from Red Bull KTM after five seasons, Plessinger will compete on the TF 450-X in the AMA Supercross and Pro Motocross championships starting in 2027.
Plessinger is expected to play a key role in the development of Triumph’s 450cc program. His first official appearance for the team will take place at the manufacturer’s Global Dealer Conference in Thailand in early October, followed by his competitive debut at the Supercross de Paris in November.
Separately, Triumph has announced technical refinements for its championship-winning TF 250-X motocross model for the 2027 season. Building on its success in the FIM MX2 World Championship, the updated model will feature revised engine calibration for improved throttle response, updated KYB suspension settings, and a new clutch pack to enhance durability and precision.
