Motorcycle and high-performance vehicle market updates

The motorcycle and high-performance vehicle market is seeing updates from major manufacturers. Zontes has experienced significant growth in Spain, reporting over 22,500 unit registrations in the first eight months of the year. To expand its reach, the brand introduced the 703T sport-touring model to compete with established manufacturers.

Triumph is also advancing its product lineup through various segments. The company is testing a prototype for the 2027 Tiger 1200 Pro maxitrail, which features a redesigned front end and radar sensors for adaptive cruise control.

In the motocross sector, Triumph has strengthened its racing division by signing American racer Aaron Plessinger to a two-year contract with Triumph Factory Racing. Following five seasons with Red Bull KTM, Plessinger will compete on the TF 450-X in the AMA Supercross and Pro Motocross championships starting in 2027. He is expected to assist in the development of the brand’s 450cc program, with his competitive debut scheduled for the Supercross de Paris in November.

Additionally, Triumph has announced technical refinements for the 2027 TF 250-X motocross model. Building on its performance in the FIM MX2 World Championship, the updated model will include revised engine calibration for improved throttle response, updated KYB suspension settings, and a new clutch pack to enhance durability and precision.

In the cycling sector, 3T Italia released the Racemax² Italia X gravel bike, featuring an integrated Uno Ghiaia cockpit designed to improve ergonomics and control.
