7R expands Polish logistics footprint with new developments

Real estate developer 7R is expanding its logistics and warehouse footprint in Poland through two new major projects.

In Szczecin, the company is developing 7R Park Szczecin South, its first investment on the left bank of the city. The complex will consist of two modern buildings totaling approximately 29,000 square meters. Procent Poland, a company specializing in e-commerce logistics, has already signed a lease for the larger 23,000-square-meter building before construction has even begun.

In Bydgoszcz, 7R is constructing a 9,700-square-meter built-to-suit (BTS) facility within the 7R Park Bydgoszcz I complex. This facility is designed to serve as a modern parcel sorting center for a European e-commerce logistics provider. The project is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2027.
