Overview

However, new investment starts were approximately 25% lower than in H1 2025. In early September, logistics expansion continued with Hellmann Worldwide Logistics Polska leasing 5,350 m² at MLP Poznań, slated for 2027 operations. Additionally, Rohlig SUUS Logistics opened a 4,000 m² multifunctional center in Kielce to support battery technology distribution. By September 7, further logistics activity was reported in Łódź, where Panattoni began construction on the City Logistics Łódź V facility, providing over 42,700 m² of space.
