The GRAVITEO A Coruña Xacobeo urban sports festival concluded its first edition in Galicia, featuring high-level competitions in parkour and psychobloc. The event, held at O Parrote, drew thousands of spectators.

In the parkour championships, Alicia García emerged as the winner, securing two gold medals in both the freestyle and speed categories. The competition saw over a hundred participants across various age groups, highlighting the growing popularity of the discipline.

The psychobloc Master Series featured a 16-meter wall overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. American climbing star Chris Sharma served as an ambassador for the event, participating in exhibition climbs. Competitors, including athletes from Ecuador, Switzerland, and Venezuela, faced significant technical challenges on the structure.

The festival was organized by LA OPINIÓN and Prensa Ibérica, with support from the Xunta de Galicia, the A Coruña City Council, and several sporting federations. Organizers have announced that the next edition is planned for 2027.
