AADE issues declaration template for 2026 agricultural support applications

The Independent Authority for Public Revenue (AADE) has released a template for a solemn declaration regarding the 2026 Single Application for Support (EAE). This measure is intended for producers who face objective difficulties in fully identifying agricultural plots using a valid Land Property Identity Number (ATAK) or National Land Registry Code (KAEEK).

By submitting this declaration, producers certify that the information provided via the myAGRO platform concerning specific plots and their reasons for exemption is true, accurate, and complete. Producers must commit to maintaining all necessary supporting documentation—such as notary acts, inheritance documents, or lease agreements—and must present them to authorities upon request. Additionally, they must pledge to provide the correct ATAK or KAEEK details once the identification obstacle is resolved.

The declaration can be prepared through gov.gr or with a certified signature and must be submitted to the authorized body handling the EAE 2026 application.
